Day 4 - Barely made it on time.

5.14 m 53:44. Time is not important at this point. Only that I went out and loged my daily miles. I almost gave up. If it wouldn't be for Daniel and his request for day 4 log-in, I would've already given up.
So, game is on.
Today's lesson: don't eat double dinner and drink beer before night run.

Day 3 - 6.08 miles. Sore man's run.

First mile - tired from yesterday. Next two miles - sore, sore, sore. Fifth mile - just as I thought about canceling my 'Challenge 100' a citation of a Navaho long distance runner came to my mind: "long distance running is facing the pain, obstacles, and learning to overcome." Mile five - all pain is miraculously gone and I am able to finish in decent pace.

Day 2 - 5.6 miles. Pulling Adam on his scooter up on Mt. Tabor.

Day 1

Day 1 (99 more to go) Sun. 2/17/2013 - 6.13 mi 00:53 time 08:43 pace per mile
What's My Pace On Flat Trail? Quite a nice run. Avg pace was 8:43 per mile. Not too bad to begin with.

100 Days Challenge

Project: 100 Days Challenge

I will try to run every day for 100 days. Minimum 5 miles. Now, I wonder if it's going to be more of a mental or physical challenge. As for me, the hardest part of each run is to kick myself out of the house. Once I'm out, I'm fine. So, the primary purpose of this challenge is to strengthen my discipline and lose weight for free. I mean no gym membership fee, no diet, no weight-lose program. Just the natural way; burning more calories that I can eat.
But, like I said, it's more mental challenge here. Can I do it? Will you join me?
